Where is your
programme exposed?

Twelve questions a sponsor should be able to answer about any programme in flight. Score it yourself in about three minutes. Nothing is sent anywhere, and we do not ask for your email.

If you cannot answer one of these confidently, that is itself the finding.

Plan and baseline

There is a single integrated plan that every workstream and supplier works to.
You can trace today’s forecast date back to the evidence that supports it.
When scope changes, you see the effect on cost, date and readiness before you commit.

Evidence and reporting

Your status reporting separates verified evidence from assumption.
You would be comfortable defending the current RAG status to your board.
Slippage shows up in reporting before it shows up in a corridor conversation.

Suppliers and dependencies

Every cross-workstream dependency has a named owner on both sides.
Supplier commitments sit in the same plan as your internal work.
A supplier cannot report green while a dependency elsewhere blocks release.

Business readiness

Process, training and adoption milestones sit alongside the technical plan.
You know which business areas are ready and which are exposed.
Entry, exit and operational-acceptance criteria are agreed and written down.
