Battlehill Projects

Help your people
make the change work.

Prepare colleagues, managers and support teams for the way work is changing. We connect business impacts, communications, learning and testing with the delivery plan, then follow through on adoption.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Affected teams do not understand what will change for them.
  • Training, communications and operational preparation are disconnected from the plan.
  • The plan says preparation is complete, but teams are not yet confident they can operate the change.

How we help you move forward

Understand the impact on your people

We work with affected teams to understand how roles, processes and responsibilities will change. That reveals the concerns, skills gaps and local barriers that a standard communication plan can miss.

Prepare people at the right time

We build communications, manager support, learning and change networks around the delivery plan. People get relevant information and opportunities to practise when it will help them use the new approach.

Follow through on adoption

We agree useful measures of readiness and adoption with business owners, then use feedback and support demand to identify gaps. Your team takes ownership of the ongoing actions that help the change stick.

What you can expect

  • Change-impact and stakeholder assessment
  • Communications, learning and engagement plan
  • Business-readiness evidence and actions
  • Adoption measures and transition ownership

We agree the detail with you and build on the tools and working practices your team already uses.
